How do I label related features in one to many relationships?

I have done a relate between a spatial layer and a 'table'. I couldn't use 'join' since my
relationship is 'one to many', but I cannot label the features on the map using any field names from the 'table.'

There isn’t an ‘out-of-the-box’ function to do what you’re asking for. I remembered that somebody wrote an ArcObjects sample for this, so I searched the Support Center’s Knowledge Base and found this posting that contains the link to that sample:
