Can I get access to 911 data used in example

The cartography page has an example of hot spot rendering that uses a sample data set of 911 calls. It would be helpful to have access to the raw data in order to try the techniques out - and to use as an example in class. Is it possible to get the data?

Our apologies, but we did not have permission to redistribute that data. That sort of data is not typically available in a "in the public domain" form. Since you are a .edu, you should have much better luck getting data from a local agency, even a campus log of calls.
