Boundaries in the boundaries layer included with ArcMap stop at the coast. Is there a source for Offshore International Boundaries?

Mapping Center Answer:

We do not deliver these data on our Maps and Data DVD so we would have to search for this data set like you will have to. Here are some leads: try the U.S. Census Bureau for U.S. boundaries of this type -- they may have both marine and inland waters; try the CIA "Limits of the Sea" data set for international boundaries; also try the World Bank and the United Nations Environment Programme Portal for international boundaries. NOAA is another source.

I just Googled "marine boundaries" and found this link:where it looks like you can download marine regions of the world at 1:10million: Marine Regions of the World (1:10 million) on Koordinates

I am sure there are others as well.
