I need to cut a State Aerial/Raster file down to just my county boundary and get rid of the rest, how do i do it? Right now i access the raster file thru the state portal, and it really slows down my computer. Thanks
Mapping Center Answer:
You can use the Extract by Mask tool if you have Spatial Analyst. This allows you to input a raster and a polygon that is used as a mask. The tools extracts the cells of the raster that correspond to the area of the mask.
