Jagged border in ArcScene

I'm working on a project which requires the use of ArcScene. It's an interpolated surface map representing Palmer Drought Severity Index (PDSI) values across the U.S. I'm having problem, though, with the lack of a crisp line around the edge of the map (see jpg image). Does anyone have any ideas with this? Are there ways to get this to display without the jagged lines?

Mapping Center Answer:

It appears that everything outside the lower 48 states is set to have a value of zero, which means ArcScene is interpolating between that and the 'real' value. I would suggest using a Mask to set the values outside of the U.S. to No Data.
