I'm using map book to create a map series of different polygon areas. Is there a setting in map book that will allow me to have the polygon of interest a different color on it's map page? Example, I have Areas A, B, C, and D. I have a page for each area but the other areas are partially seen on the page as well. I would like to have on Map Book Page "Area A" the area A polygon blue and all other polygon areas green. On map book page "Area B" have the area B polygon blue and all other areas green, etc...

This one is beyond our expertise with ArcMapBook.  We suggest you contact the developer.  I just checked and they've moved it off of SourceForge and it is now here:  http://sites.google.com/site/arcmapbook/

We accomplished this in ArcView 3.3 with the original MapBook developed for it, by simply having the code select the polygon of the map page. Since you can change how a selected feature is symbolized, you can make it look however you want. Seems like code could be inserted to add the feature selection as part of the process, since it zooms to each page anyway.
