There is a relationship between the scale of a map and raster images used as a source? For example, if I use an ASTER image with pixel size of 15 meters, it is possible to generate a 1:25,000 scale map?

I posted an answer for a question just like this the other day -- take a look and you will see that there is a table you can download that indicates what raster resolution is best for what scale maps.
