In 9.3 when the map pages of Map book were created, a list of each page was displayed in the tree. One could see the entire list and click on a specific page and see that specific page displayed within the Map Book.
In Arc10, there is no tree listing and in the drop down menu within the Data Driven Tool Bar, there is no listing of the individual pages.
I have over 130 interchanges to place in Data Driven Pages. Is there any way to display all of the individual pages so one can zoom to the selected page that is needed?
Mapping Center Answer:
You are correct there is no tree listing incorporated in the Data Driven Pages. That sort of functionality is on our enhancement list. However, if you know the name of the page and type that into the pull down on the Data Driven Pages toolbar it will jump to that page. Another option may be to create an index. This blog points to a python script on the resource center that shows how you can make an idex.
