Print symbols from symbol selector & characters from the Symbol Property Editor

Hi Cartographers,

Is there a way to print the symbols from a style and print the characters from the Symbol Property Editor (see screenshots). You could take a screenshot and print that however you would need a few screenshots to capture all the symbols/characters.

I'm aware of the option to export the styles to a table but would like to print the actual symbols.

If you have ArcGIS 9.3.1, you can use the Style Dump script to display symbols from a style gallery:

Because ArcGIS 10 requires the use of Addins, this utility does not work with anything beyond 9.3.1.

If anyone has the skills/knowledge and a spare 30mins this would be really useful for ArcGIS 10.2!
