I have been trying to figure out how to label the coordinate at lower left, lower right, upper left, upper right. Can you guys at Mapping Center point me a hint?

This can be done with dynamic text (new in ArcGIS 10.0). Here is an online help topic that will assist you: Working with dynamic text. Look at the options for the text in the corners.
