How I can measure the angle in corners as show in the examples in the attachment?

If you have an ArcEditor of ArcInfo level license, you can use the COGO Report command to measure the angle between two lines. Here is the link to the online help: Reporting COGO descriptions

You can find the angle but it will not be written onto your map automatically for you -- to do this, you will have to take a manual approach.
