The time demo mpk does not work?

I tried to use ExtractPackage the mpk file, however, it always returns Error 999999? Any clue? thanks a lot.

This is working for me so I am not sure what is happening on your end. I will soon be posting this map on our Maps page, though, so maybe you can get it there instead. In the meantime, here is a new zip file for you. In this, I did not include a map package but instead jsut zipped up the mxd and gdb. I hope this works for you!
