Dir Sir,
How can I make Automatic Save for Editing every 10 Minutes in ArcGIS 10.0 ?

This is not available in the core software; however, there is this Auto Save script that you can download and try out: http://arcscripts.esri.com/details.asp?dbid=14896. Note that this is from 2007, so we are not sure if it will work with the most recent version of the software.
