DDP Centering Issue: Bug

Hello! I submitted a question recently inquiring after a centering issue with DDP. I have since worked with a technical support rep, who submitted this as a bug: [#NIM067551 Index feature is not centered in data frame when using Data Driven Scale with Data Driven Pages. ]
