Does ESRI have "pulsing" icons or support them, similar to those used at
We are looking to replicate this kinda icon using ESRI products.
Mapping Center Answer:
We do not currently support this in ArcMap -- it has to do with refreshing the image in ArcMap. However, I note that this is a Web map. You could do this through a web API using a feature service. You would have to investigate the functionality in the API to figure out how to apply the symbology to the feature service.
