How to smooth the polygon

There is a polygon file which has many polygons. A topoloy rule has already set up, include "not have gaps" and "not overlap". Now, I want to smooth one polygon. I want the shared boundary can be smoothed, not only the select poygon. Could you show me a good method? Thanks.

It looks like your problem here is related to the presence of small sliver polygons. Once you remove them using Eliminate then smoothing your shared boundaries will work properly.
