"Cannot access index database" - Symbol Selector search

Hello,

I am trying to search for a symbol in the Symbol Selector but get the following error message "Cannot access index database" instead of the results of my search. We are running ArcGIS 10 via Citrix. Do you have any idea what could cause this problem and how to fix it?
