Moving inset map around Data Driven Pages

I have a series of maps with a main frame and inset location frame. Is it possible to move the inset frame around the layout so that it doesn't overlay the main frame features being presented?

My main frame has a series of river catchments and I want to focus on these one at a time in the main frame, whilst highlighting in the linked inset frame. Because the river catchments change shape, having the inset frame fixed to one location means that some river catchments are having portions covered with the inset frame.

Is this possible, as I thought I saw this in a help file or on-line reference somewhere, but can't find anything.

Mapping Center Answer:

Yes, this is possible.  It is explained in this Mapping Center blog entry: Data Driven Pages. Note that there is also a download accessible from the blog entry that you can use to see how the data driven pages were set up to deal with the inset map (called a "keymap" in the blog entry).  With the instructions in the blog entry and the download to work from, you should be easily able to see how this functionality can be applied to your map.
