I have a file GDB and I need to export the data model directly from the geodatabse. I would like to have a data model diagram in pdf format as a final result. Help would be highly appreciated.

Currently it isn't possible to dynamically create a data model diagram in this way though you might want to add your support to the request for this functionality on Esri Ideas.
You might try ArcGIS Diagrammer which provides a productivity tool for the creation of geodatabase schema.
