Here is a pdf detailing the text styles available in Arc10. I believe these are all standard, although it is possible that I have inadvertently added a font or two from other places that I don't remember.
All fonts are size 16, and regular style (ie not bold nor italic, etc.)

What you have listed as a reference isn't the official Esri standard of fonts which are included upon install in our products. Your list reflects the sum contents of your particular computer system, which is a good example how to show individual system fonts.

I think they are actually italics after the first few...? This would be a great resource though.
