I am trying to change the projection system from one to another. In this regard, I am trying to learn about te projecting into a degree decimal projection. Will you please provide me some hints about this?

You would use the Project tool to convert between one projection system and another. You can learn more about projections in the Guide Book What are map projections.
What you also need to know is that you will need to choose a geographic coordinate system (GCS) as the output coordinate system. Here is a link to the help topic on GCSs:

We cannot tell you which GCS to choose -- that is something that is determined by your needs. An often-used GCS is WGS84, but you would need to contact our Technical Support staff if you need to work directly with someone to make sure this is the right choice for you. but sorry that the link you have provided did not solve my problem. there are a lot about projection but none of them were talking about the projection into degree decimal. may be it is term something else and i could not grab the thing.
