Short answer is we don’t know of anything ready made.

With respect to finding that data, I don’t know of anything for certain, but I would start with NOAA. A few years ago we did a Bucky Fuller globe where a dozen of us got together, each doing a different facet, so as you might imagine we needed to find interesting oceanic data. For the most part, we Googled and found data in various university research projects. I would expect you could find raster data that you could convert to points that contain an azimuth that you could then use to rotate a marker symbol (arrow) and show the information you want.
