If I am at 1:75,000 and want to change that scale to say 1:90,000, and I have built pretty extensive annotations, what is the best method to do this and maintain the correct proportions?
Mapping Center Answer:
Before I would get carried away doing a lot of work, I'd just try overriding the text symbols for your annotation, making the 120% larger--that may do the trick. Or you may find out that copy the annotation and then editing the few bad spots that result from the 120% increase is much less work than recreating and editing your existing anno.
