Is there a push pin graphic available for creating a project location map?

Mapping Center Answer:

There are three push pin marker symbols in the ESRI.style file which is loaded by default in ArcMap. If your project locations are point data, you can just click on the symbol in the Table of Contents and then scroll down little over 1/3 of the list and you’ll see them—labeled Pushpin 1, Pushpin 2, and Pushpin 3.

If you don’t have data you can add a graphic point using the New Marker tool on the Draw toolbar. Just double click the marker to get to its properties where you can change the symbol.
