How do I rotate the map image so the north orientation is 90 degrees to the right?

Mapping Center Answer:

Right click the data frame in the Table of Contents, click the General tab, set the rotation angle (towards the bottom) to be either 90 or -90 depending on how you want to rotate the map (90 for counter-clockwise, 90 for clockwise - because it uses arithmetic rotation.)
