how to find state boundary map data

Very beginning question: Using AEJEE, I want to create an Illinois State outline, and then show one county on it for a "here is our County" feature map. I know how to download Tiger data, but do not know the name of the file to download for a state outline. I am guessing I add the county map as another layer...

We don’t support ArcExplorer Java Education Edition (AEJEE). You could, however, check on the ESRI Support Site or ESRI Resource Center to see if others have offered help on this subject.
