How to make raster layer using *.nc data for ocean current mapping?

I want to create a raster layer by using *.nc format file (find it in the attachment) to produce an ocean current map by using ArcGIS 9 (ArcMap9.2).

When using the ‘make NetCDF raster layer’ tool in multidimension tools from Arc Toolbox; an failure dialog box saying as:
“one or both dimensions have variable spacing in their coordinate values Failed to execute (MakeNetCDFRasterLayer_1).”

/*find the data from attachment */

Mapping Center Answer:

It looks like you're getting a valid error message, which, to me means, that the NetCDF data must have the same coordinate spacing throughout.

Of course just to see what would happen, I Googled "ArcGIS NetCDF spacing" and got:

http://webhelp.esri.com/arcgisdesktop/9.2/index.cfm?TopicName=FAQs_about_working_with_netCDF_data

and the second question addresses what you're seeing, though not necessarily how to correct it.  Check with your data provider to see if they offer an equally spaced alternative.
