Measuring Lots\Parcels

I am trying to get the measurements of parcel lots around a lake. All I need are the measurements of the lot/parcel that is on the shoreline. I have tried various methods that would break these polygons apart. Is there a way to separate a polygon so I can get the length of only one side of it? I know I could do it manually but I am trying to save time. Please, any help is appreciated!

Mapping Center Answer:

You will need the Polygon to Line tool (not the Feature to Line tool). This will nearly do the job. However, if you have a parcel that does not have a neighboring parcel along the shoreline, the line produced will wrap around the parcel until a neighbor is located. You will need to manually split such lines.

Then you can use the Calculate Geometry option from the field calculator to assign the length in the units of your choosing to a new field (type = double or float).
