Colour deficiency style print out

Does a PDF exist of the Colour deficiency style or for the other styles available on the Mapping Centre website. I have used the "styledump" application, but have to print one section at a time for each colour set.

Unfortunately, the one section at a time method is what every one of us has to use initially. We will be posting the pdf on the Mapping Center site, very soon.
In the meanwhile I am sending you a PDF of that ESRI Color Deficieny style for you to use as a reference. The PDF attached is in the same format as what we will be posting.
