map cache tiling schemes

Can you point me to the two text files containing 1) ArcGIS Server's map cache tiling scheme and 2) Google Earth and/or Visual Earth's tiling scheme. I need the .txt files without rounding or the formula to calculate these scales. Thanks!

Mapping Center Answer:

When ArcGIS Server is installed, a folder is added to the C:\Program Files\ArcGIS folder (this is the default location), and it is called TilingSchemes.  There are XML files in there for the tiling schemes you listed, containing the exact scales.

We also did a blog entry not long ago that had a link to a text file that you can use with ArcMap's Scale control to set the map scales you shoudl work at when making maps for these various tiling schemes:
